A 23-year-old Wallaceburg man is facing charges after losing an argument with a pair of pre-teens.
According to police, the man ended up in an argument with a 9-year-old and a 12-year-old on Tuesday.
Apparently the two got the better of the man because he ended his case by spitting beer on the two youths, threatening them with bodily harm and uttering racial slurs.
Police were called and he was arrested.
