A 24 year old Wallaceburg man was arrested for impaired driving on Saturday.
Police say he was initially pulled over in Wallaceburg for a traffic infraction, but the officer suspected he may be under the influence of alcohol.
The man was taken into custody and eventually charged with Driving while ability impaired and having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit.
He was held until he sobered up and was released with a future court date.
