Wallaceburg Man Arrested For Police Impersonation… Again

A 33-year-old Wallaceburg man has once again been arrested and charged with Impersonating a Peace Officer.
Lambton County OPP observed a motor vehicle that appeared to be a police cruiser on LaSalle Line in St Clair Township on October 2nd.
The Lambton OPP member initiated a traffic stop after observing equipment on the vehicle that was similar to police equipment. Further investigation determined the interior of the vehicle was also equipped with additional equipment consistent with police cruiser.
The driver was charged with Impersonating Peace Officer and Failure to Comply with Release Order, pursuant to the Criminal Code.
The accused was held for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice-Sarnia on a later date.
The same individual was also charged with Impersonating a Peace Officer in early June.
