Chatham-Kent police are investigating an assault involving a Wallaceburg man early this morning.
Police responded to a call on king street in Chatham around 3 am.
They arrived to find a 47 year old Wallaceburg man had been assaulted and needed medical assistance.
Their investigation led to the arrest of a man in his 20’s and he is facing an assault charge.
