A 29 year old Wallaceburg man was arrested early Sunday morning for assaulting a car.
Chatham-Kent Police say the man was observed repeatedly kicking a vehicle on Wednesday in a Wallaceburg parking lot.
There was some damage.
A warrant was issued at the time but he was not picked up until Sunday morning.
He is charged with mischief under $5,000. He was released with a future court date.
