A Wallaceburg man is facing charges after being caught in a RIDE program in Lambton County.
Provincial Police were set up on St Clair Parkway early Sunday morning and suspected the man behind the wheel had been drinking.
Following a roadside screening, the driver was arrested and taken to the Lambton OPP detachment for further tests.
The 50-year-old accused is facing several charges, including driving while impaired, driving while suspended, and being a novice driver with a blood alcohol level over zero.
The man will return to court in September to face the charges.
