A Wallaceburg man is facing serious charges in connection with an incident Tuesday night.
Chatham-Kent police say they were called to a residence just outside of town.
A man and woman were arguing over a bottle of vodka when things turned physical.
The woman tried to leave several times but he wouldn’t let her.
Eventually she called 911.
The woman sustained non life threatening injuries.
A 51 year old man charged with assault and forcible confinement.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
