A Wallaceburg man is facing charges after being found drunk overnight.
Shortly after midnight, officers found the man on McNaughton Avenue and believing he was unable to care for himself, took him into custody for his own safety.
The 42-year-old is now charged with being intoxicated in public place, and was released once he sobered up.
