A Wallaceburg man is facing charges after being stopped at a R.I.D.E. checkpoint in Lambton County.
Members of the Lambton OPP stopped a motorcycle on St. Clair Parkway near Curran Avenue in St. Clair Township the evening of August 20.
Authorities say the 43-year-old driver was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with operation while impaired and having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
The accused was also issued a 90-day license suspension and seven day vehicle impoundment. He was released from custody with an October court date.
