This year marks the 150th anniversary of Wallaceburg being incorporated as a village and the local museum is looking for some helping hands.

Officials from the Wallaceburg and District Museum have issued a call for volunteers to help dust and clean display areas of the building.

Training will be provided for the proper handling of artifacts and volunteers would only be required for a few hours each week.

Those interested in helping are asked to contact Myrna Jewell at 519-627-8962 or visit the Wallaceburg and District Museum at 505 King Street in Wallaceburg.
