Tens of thousands of dollars has been raised across Chatham-Kent to help fight cancer.
Sunday marked the annual Terry Fox Run.
Organizers of the Wallaceburg event say roughly 90 participants and a team of 35 volunteers helped raised close to $36,000 this year
Co-organzer Brad Eggett, who is fighting cancer himself, was the event’s top fundraiser with close to $22,000 in donations.
In-person runs were also held in Dresden, Tilbury, and Blenheim.
Organizers say final numbers have yet to be set with in-person donations still being counted and more money coming in.
