Charges have been laid after a dispute in Wallaceburg.
Wednesday morning, police were called to a Wallace Street building where a man allegedly got into a fight during a scheduled inspection of his apartment.
Authorities say three people came to conduct the inspection, but left when the tenant became agitated.
The man followed the group out of the building, then allegedly spat in the face of one, took another person’s hat and threw it at the third person, striking them in the face. The three victims continued to walk away. The man then removed his pants and exposed his behind to the victims.
The 44-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and charged with theft, two counts of assault, and three counts of indecent acts.
