A 34-old Wallaceburg woman is in police custody this morning.
Chatham-Kent police arrested the woman on Friday on three breach of recognizance charges.
The woman was required as part of her bail to sign in at the Wallaceburg police station once a week and only live at a particular home.
Police say the woman missed her sign in the past two weeks and when police went to pick her up they were informed the accused never actually lived there.
She’s being held pending a future court date.
