Another day, and another delay in the trial of Kourtny Audette.
The 25-year-old Wallaceburg woman is facing charges of first degree murder.
She appeared in court this morning by audio.
Her lawyer, Laura Joy, has been seeking to gain disclosure and has asked for more time to review it.
Joy expects to bring forward an application for bail.
Audette will appear in court by video on June 26th at 10:30.
