The 25 year old Wallaceburg woman facing a first degree murder charge in connection with the death of a Dover township Man last April was back in court in Chatham on Tuesday.
Kourtney Audette appeared via video for a brief period.
They are still trying to determine a Pre-trial date but they were unable to reach a compromise.
She will appear in court again august 21st.
Audette was charged after the body of a 24 year old Nick Laprise was found at a home on Book St. in Wallaceburg April 18th.
