Police are investigating the death of a Walpole Island man.
65-year-old Basil John was first reported missing on Saturday. Lambton OPP and Walpole Island Police received reports that a man had wandered away from a disabled vehicle on Blackshack Road the night before.
Officers patrolled the area, and the victim’s body was found a short distance away.
While the death is not considered suspicious at this point, authorities are looking to speak with anyone who might have more information.
