Police continue to investigate a pair of deadly crashes on Walpole Island.
Lambton OPP and the Walpole Island Police Service have now publicly released the name of one of the victims. Authorities say Clifton Tooshkenig was walking on Chief’s Road the night of June 20th when he was struck and later succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
Meantime, police also continue to investigate another crash just two days later, claiming the life of two cyclists on River Road.
At this point, no charges have been laid in either case.
