An unusual theft in Wallaceburg – someone stole an industrial sized washing machine from a Wallace Street apartment building.
Chatham-Kent Police say the white coin-matic machine – worth about $2000 – was taken from the basement laundry room sometime last night.
Another washer was damaged from the culprits trying to break into the coin compartment.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
