A growing group of Chatham-Kent residents say wind turbines are affecting well water quality in the Dover area.

Craig Stainton, the Executive Director of the Ontario Groundwater Association says issue has gone largely unreported.

“We’ve been told there are lots of people bound by agreements so they can’t speak of it,” says Stainton. “this particular farm that we are on today, he has been negatively impacted he gets dirty, gritty sandy water ever since the beginning when the pylons went it.”

Stainton wants to see the provincial government to step in.
