Former Wallaceburg councillor Jeff Wesley has a new role with the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation.
Wesley says he’s been named to the Board of Directors.
“All of the infrastructure projects come to this board to be vetted. And what people don’t understand is that Infrastructure Ontario has about 530 employees, so it’s a big organization. I’m very proud to be, I think probably the only member of the board who is from outside the GTA, so that’s a big role to fill,” says Wesley.
Wesley says the board will work with Lambton-Kent Middlesex MPP Monte McNaughton, who is also the Minister of Infrastructure.
