Two people are in hospital following an early morning crash near Tilbury.
According to OPP a tractor trailer travelling westbound slammed into another transport on the 401 right around 5am.
Both drivers are listed as having non-life threatening injuries.
The two westbound lanes of the 401 remain closed while the debris is cleared from the roadway. One lane remains opened. The lane reduction is expected to last several hours.
Charges are expected to be laid.
