A Leamington man has died following a single-vehicle collision in Wheatley.
Emergency crews were called to Erie Street South shortly before 8 o’clock Friday evening.
Authorities say the 62-year-old driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was taken to local hospital with life-threatening injuries, and succumbed to those injuries the following day.
Members of the Essex County OPP and the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team continue to investigate the collision.
