A Wheatley man is facing charges after being pulled over by the OPP in Lakeshore.
Provincial Police responded to a traffic complaint on Gracey Side Road shortly before 8 o’clock Monday night.
The 56-year-old Wheatley man behind the wheel was arrested and has since been charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and drugs, and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
The accused was also issued a 90-day license suspension and had his vehicle impounded for seven days.
He was released from custody with a date in court later this month.
