The Wheatley Post Office has been temporarily closed following last week’s explosion.
Canada Post says the closure is as a result of ongoing safety concerns and the ongoing evacuation.
The operations have been diverted to the Leamington Post Office.
Local mail delivery has resumed to those customers serviced by the Wheatley facility and customers with a PO Box can temporarily pick up their mail at the counter in Leamington, with government issued photo ID.
The Wheatley post office will reopen once Canada Post is given permission to do so by local authorities.
