A Windsor man has been charged following a weekend crash in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police responded to a fail to remain collision on Dufferin Avenue Saturday night, and say the suspect vehicle was later found at a McNaughton Avenue business.
Believing the driver was under the influence, authorities took the man back to police headquarters for tests.
The 20-year-old has now been charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit, failing to stop, and being prohibited from driving.
