Chatham-Kent Police are investigating a crash that happened last night near Queen’s Line and Dillon Road.
Officials say they responded to a single vehicle that landed in a ditch around 8:30 yesterday evening. The driver, a 67-year-old Merlin man, was able to get out of the car, but his 33-year-old daughter wasn’t able to get out until a tow truck removed the vehicle from the ditch.
The woman is in hospital with serious injuries.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.
