Earlier this month, Chatham-Kent Police say a Royal Canadian Legion poppy box was stolen from the McNaughton Avenue McDonald’s restaurant.
Authorities were able to identify the man and woman responsible, and last night the male suspect was arrested.
The 24-year-old has also been charged with a shoplifting incident at Walmart, along with other offences.
The search continues for a 33-year-old female suspect.
