The Thames Art Gallery is decking its halls to prepare for a series of new exhibits opening up next week.

With an opening reception planned for November 19th, the gallery at the Cultural Centre will feature Doris Slater Titus: A Retrospective, looking back at the work of the Chatham-Kent born cartoonist and early practitioner of abstract painting.

Through Her Eyes looks at important female artist and the history of influential women from across the region.

And artist in residence Danielle Coleman’s solo exhibit A Love to Stay looks at the place love holds in popular culture and its impact on our daily lives.

The opening next Friday also coincides with the gallery’s annual holiday show and sale.

Visitors will need to present proof of vaccination to enter the Thames Art Gallery, and masks and social distancing are required.
