Chatham’s May Court Club is looking for nominees for next year’s Women of Excellence Awards.
Spokesperson Penny McGregor the nomination forms can be found online.
“All of the criteria is found on our website. The nomination form can be printed online. The deadline to mail it in is January 8, 2018″, says McGregor.
McGregor says there are several categories, each with specific criteria.
” We’re looking for someone that is recognized for patronage or contribution to the arts. It could be an artist, an author, or a performing artist. We’re [also] looking for a woman who is recognized for a achievement in a business or a profession in the public, private, or non-profit sector”, explains McGregor.
In all, there are six categories, including Community and Volunteerism, Arts and Culture, Young Woman of Excellence, Health Science and Technology, and new this year is Education and Training.
