
The CAA is once again calling on area residents to highlight some of the problem areas when it comes to local transportation.
Officials say the annual Worst Roads campaign gives decision makers a snapshot of the roads the public perceives as not meeting their expectations and shines a spotlight on where work is needed the most.
CAA statistics show 85% of Ontarians are worried about the state of roads in their communities.
Among the worst roads in the CAA’s South West region last year were Plank Road in Sarnia, Tecumseh Road East in Windsor, Sarnia’s Blackwell Sideroad, and Windsor’s Lauzon Parkway.
Nominations for CAA’s 2025 annual Worst Roads campaign can be submitted online at caaworstroads.com through April 18.
