The YMCA of Chatham-Kent is receiving a financial boost thanks to the generosity of a local business.
TekSavvy has made a $15,000 donation to the YMCA’s “Community Starts Here” campaign, which helps to provide access to health and wellness for all, regardless of income.
TekSavvy said the YMCA has a positive impact on the community by providing opportunities for everyone to belong and realize their potential.
The telecommunications company will provide the donation to the YMCA during a cheque presentation on Tuesday.
