Some road work in Wallaceburg is taking slightly longer than expected.
Municipal officials say the intersection of Arnold Street and Dufferin Avenue will remain closed for another few days.
The area, which is undergoing sewer and watermain work as part of the larger Dufferin Avenue reconstruction project, was expected to reopen last Friday.
However, officials say it will remain closed until late Wednesday afternoon (October 18, 2023.)
Detours remain in effect with local traffic allowed up to the work zone.
