Gateway Casinos is hoping municipal council will approve its site plan tonight. 
The company is proposing a more than 4200 square foot gaming facility at the corner of Richmond Street and Keil Drive in Chatham.
The $36 million build includes a restaurant, 300 slots, and nearly a dozen gaming tables, with construction slated to begin this spring.
If approved, the plan includes a 1.5 metre widening along Keil Drive South, and 345 parking spaces.
