A Chatham-Kent Police officer is in even more trouble with the law.
Constable Cristelle VandenEnden, already on medical leave from work and facing several charges, has been arrested once again.
Last week, VandenEnden was arrested by the OPP in Leamington and put under orders not to communicate with a specific man. Two days later, Chatham-Kent officers were called to a disturbance at VandenEnden’s home, and found the man in question there.
It’s just the latest incident involving the officer. She was charged with fraud-related offences in May, and drug-related offences in August.
VandenEnden is once again facing charges, this time for failing to comply with her release conditions. She’ll be back in court later this month.
